Patrick has been a small business owner since the age of 21. That entrepreneurial background shapes the way he approaches property management. He understands that every expense, lease issue, tenant concern, and maintenance decision affects the owner’s bottom line.

Since 2012, Patrick has worked in commercial real estate, advising clients on acquisitions, leasing, sales, and investment strategy. His experience goes beyond transactions. He understands how properties perform over time and how management decisions affect cash flow, tenant retention, and long-term asset value.

Patrick also served as a Forsyth County Commissioner, giving him firsthand insight into zoning, land use, infrastructure, development incentives, and entitlement processes.
